Being a travel freak, I always love to travel to many places during my vacations. But, it’s the hill stations which always attract me with their endless natural beauty. Surrounded by the high peaks covered with full greenery, always make me feel as I am in the lap of Mother Nature. There is a mind soothing peace all around in hill stations. Also here, worth mentioning the nature of the people of hill stations who despite of living a hard life always maintain an innocent smile on their face.

During my vacations, I have travelled to many hill stations. Although every hill station has something unique to offer but still there are certain common things among all of them which fascinates me the most.

This hub is written by me just to pay tribute the offering of Mother Nature in the hill stations. If you never been to a hill station then I strongly recommend you that you should visit a hill station once just to explore the nature at its best.

Peace of Mind

Whenever I go to a hill station, I just feel myself closest to the god. It seems that god also loves the beauty of a hill station and resides there. My soul goes in a unique type of inebriation during my stay in a hill station and I am sure so will be yours when you visit the same.

The best thing which I like about such place is that it fills my soul with lots of positive energy and great thoughts. Two or three days stay at hill station keeps my soul rejuvenated for whole the year.

Stress free and a Healthy Life

Nowadays, our life has overburdened with so much workload that stress has become an indispensable part of our life. Trust me, it’s my personal experience that environment of a hill station is so healthy that there is no place of stress there.

The air of the hill station is so pure that its aroma impinges somewhere deep in our blood stream; resulting in purifying the blood. I think this is the reason average life of the persons living at hill stations is more than from those of the plains

Snow fall at Hill Stations

Lusty white covering of snow all around can fall anyone in love with the love station. If you are newly wedded couple than what can be the best place for honeymoon than a hill station in the winter? When I first time saw snowfall in my life, I was just speechless with wonderful white quilt of snow around me.

If you never had seen the snowfall in your life then I strongly recommend you to visit a hill station during a snowfall to enjoy the nature at its best during a snow fall.

Hill stations Adventure

If you have enough adrenaline in your blood then hill stations are the best place to test it. Hill stations offers lots of adventurous activities throughout the year.

If you plan to visit a hill station during summer than you can opt from various activities like river rafting, mountain climbing or Paragliding. Hill stations also offer lots of adventurous winter sports like ice skating, snowboarding, skiing etc. to those who wish to visit them during winters.

Whatever I have written is just my personal experience. I am sure whoever visited the hill stations must be in accordance with my thoughts. For those who still didn't get the chance of visiting a hill station, I would like to say that just try to be part of a hill station once and you will find yourself closest to the nature.

The only anomaly regarding the hill stations is that if you are an asthma patient or have breathing problem then you must visit a hill station after the advice of your doctor.
